Hey mates. i crashed my dji mini 2 for the first time going sideways, i crashed it on the second story walls falling onto the first story roof and a 5 metter fall onto grass. 3 of the propelers ware, i callibrated the compus, camera, and imu but the camera doesnt stay with the horizon going on to the left or right. im pretty sure i still have dji care sould i send it in or try troubleshooting it

Hello, Similar issue, My Mini 3 Pro hit the side of the house going sideways but only fell less than 3 feet.  Now I get the 1D010002 code.  gimbal moves freely but won't calibrate..  
But when I try to start a maintenance request the site tells me the product does not support the service.  How do I get my drone fixed?!  I live in Honolulu, Hawaii.
