I have a dji mavic air(1) drone.
I wonder if it's fake or original...
There are barcodes on it, when I scan one it is the dji store website, on the other it does not show anything :/
Inside, under the battery, there is an SN number which on the dji website does not work / does not search for it

Upon checking, this is a DJI device which you can also confirm by visiting https://repair.dji.com/device/search?re=us&lang=en and enter the serial number. Thank you!

I can't connect the drone to the wifi sticker, it scans and doesn't work.
Can it be connected to the apparatus from dji mavic mini?
The dji go 4 app doesn't work either, I have it installed on an iphone 11

Hello, there. Please make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the app.
You can check this website and reinstall the app:
https://www.dji.com/downloads/products/mavic-air

To reset Wi-Fi SSID and password, there are two methods:
1. Press and hold the aircraft’s Function button for about 6 seconds, until you hear three beeps.
2. Connect the mobile device and drone and change Wi-Fi SSID and password under Wi-Fi settings.

Hi there, may I know if you have updated the firmware for the controller and the aircraft to the latest version? Please try to refresh the latest firmware via DJI Assistant 2 and relink the drone.

Nothing can be done.
The dji assistant application does not see the drone at all when I connect it to the laptop

Please make sure that you are using the correct DJI Assistant 2 https://www.dji.com/hk-en/downloads/softwares/assistant-dji-2.
And try to use a different connection cable or computer to check if the drone can be connected.
If the issue persists, you can send the drone and controller to our service center for further diagnosis and service.

Drone lights orange/yellow no sound when powered on. It moves the propellers and that's it. The drone is suitable for the trash because no one knows what happened to it. I tried different cables, different versions of the application and nothing
Now with another android phone the drone lights up red/yellow, I don't know what the reason is...
I still can't connect

If possible, we recommend you test it with another computer to see if it works. If it still cannot be recognized, we recommend you submit a case and send it back for further diagnosis. http://www.dji.com/support
