The location is wow however your video shows banding due to extreme grading of 8 bit footage.
Mini 3pro can shoot good 8bit provided you nail your exposure correctly while shooting, that negates the need of further grading.

Video thumbnail in youtube looks wow & same clip in video looks bad that should give you a clue what not to do to 8bit footage.

Complying with AGL might be a bit difficult there and I doubt you are meant to be above manned aircraft lol but oh boy I'd be tempted myself.

AGL was not an issue, as I did not take off from the ground.  
I was on the side of the mountain, in excesss of 700 metres up
The manned aircraft were not visible when I setoff, they also have a flight path to maintain, they cannot come across to where I was (not meant to anyway)
As soon as I spotted them, I got a bit nervous anyway and brought the drone back to me for landing.

Yeah, totally agree.
It was the firs time I've flown in these conditions and light (very bright) so was using a ND32 most of the time which I think has hampered the tint etc, so tried to comensate with post editing the best I could.

ND 32 may have given the tint but the original footage must have been good, your grading decision has created more of the banding issue in the footage.

Avoid extreme grading on 8bit footage as it only has 256 shades for edit.
