Hello, Im having an issue with my mavic pro where as im trying to take off one of the props is not spinning as fast as the others and the code (motor or prop error check both) is coming up. Is there a reboot or a way to fix this.

1. Check the aircraft firmware version number is updated.
2. Please check whether the arm of the aircraft has been deployed, whether the propellers are installed correctly and whether there is debris in the motors.
3. Manually rotate the motor when the aircraft is powered off. Check whether the motor is obstructed. If the motor is obstructed or it is confirmed that the propellers have been mounted properly with no foreign matters, but the motor cannot be started several times, please provide us a video showing the malfunction.
