OMG why auditing of xchange my activity points last 1 month?
I dont care that few euros but its pathetic, the same as 1% discount on dji store
Im disapointed

2023-07-25 1800 Auditing

There have been some reports of delayed points auditing lately. Maybe there is some kind of a temporary hitch in their systems? You could ask about it in the Service/Feedback section of the forum, maybe they notice your request easier there and will go ahead to check it out.

I hope you get your deserved credits

Normally, points are audited soon after the end of each month, then the credits are awarded a few days later.   This month, the process has been quite late (maybe due to Annual Holidays, who knows)  but now they have done the auditing and awarded credits, as you will see.

That sounds like an exchange rate question. There are many website you could check that on.
As for the conversion of points into dollars, you can calculate that on your own personal points page.

10$ for 1800pts
~7€ for 1800pts

£, $, € whatever the currency, the figure is always the same.

i had 10 $ in another account in settings from redeem but when made a purchase in Euros it substracted only 7 €
