Hello friends

Now, my dji o3 is unable to display gyro data.
after he crashes. physical condition is fine. all good.
no scratches on the camera. dji o3 still working fine.
but he now has no gyro data.

do any of you guys experience this?
please help to solve this problem

Did you check that in the O3 settings it's still at wide and EIS off? Maybe some glitch there...

yeah, already wide - EIS off.

i have 2 o3. the other one is working fine with gyroflow

Hello, there. If you have set FOV to wide-angle and disabled RockSteady, it should automatically load the recorded gyroscope data after Gyroflow is enabled.
If you make sure the settings are right and it can not export the gyro data compared to the O3 Air unit to the other workable one, then we will recommend you send it back for further diagnosis.

I have the same problem. FOV Wide: EIS: OFF, no Gyro data after crash. Did you solve the problem?

wwkwkwk, nop.

they cant fixed. i sent my o3 to service center,, and pull the unit back after no progress.
they have no spare part for this case.
