Hello there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please check the gimbal if there is a foreign object (such as sand or a stone) between the axis arms while it's turned off? If there is, clean them and restart the gimbal. Please keep me posted. Have a great day ahead.

Sounds like time to send it in to DJI for a diagnostic test. Or, maybe hold out for the rumored Pocket 3. Just a thought.

i am back since february. then fate hits very hard on me unfortenelly..
hope i can travel xmas again.
