Hello I wanted use DJI Action 2 as body cam for 70 minutes recordings, using only camera unit on magnetic lanyard without power module.
Specs say camera unit battery would last for 70 minutes of video recording.

How to add date and time stamps to videos ?
Is it dangerous to use DJI Action 2 on power reserve setting?

For the date and timestamps, there is no setting option on the DJI Action 2 and DJI MIMO APP.

It is completely safe to use the power reserve. The 1080p Power Reserve reduces power consumption by lowering the bitrate, thereby saving power.
