Dear all,

The new update is available some hours from now, update is done successfully as usual.

But with RC Pro, we have the option to order the stickers for C2 European retro homologation.

To order the C2 stickers, we need to to provide postal address.

Easy and when I click on submit button to record my postal address, I have server error message (like internal server error).
I tried the process on a M3T and M3M, same error on the two.

Between attempts, I wait 1 or 2 hours, and all fields are filled.

Can you give help, or confirmed that you have errors on your server?

Hi I have the same error.

I just updated the last firmware and filled the address form and when I want to save it I have a massage saying "Erreur du système, veuillez réessayer plus tard".

The same day I wrote this message on the forum I did also send an email to enterprise@dji.com and guess what? They did not reply yet...

Hello speeder, try an other hour of the day. Due to high traffic on register form, I add this error message.

Essayez de faire la registration dans une autre tranche horaire (USA /Chine), quand c’est calme, ça va très vite et sans erreurs.

J’ai eu plus de chance à 7h00 du mat (GMT+1)

Je constate que cela est aléatoire…. Je vais donc essayer vers ces heures…..
Il faut donc en conclure que cela ne vient pas du hardware et du software du mavic 3….. c’est déjà un bon point….

After many tests, i have the solution to register your Mavic 3 series...
If your are in French or other Languages on your DJI RC Pro, please change it to English... and disconnect your firewall..... Retry to register...and enjoy.....

Hi there. Sorry about the trouble. Please try setting the language in DJI Pilot 2 first. It should be consistent with the language listed on the right of the country/region on the DJI official website.
