I am not recording more than 2 mintues and 4 seconds now per file which is ridiculous!   It was recording what seemed like forever in one nice file.  Did the last update screw up and re-add chaptering to our cameras????????  2 mintues is less than what even GoPro's do!  Now I have to sort through 20+ files when it should have been 4.

hi FWB, are you using loop recording? For loop recording, the file will generate each several minutes are loop replace the very first file.


if you use normal video it will be fine.

@FWB chapters are not 2 Min 3 sec. I went about 5 min andstill 1 file, possible like said made a  incorrect choice but  you may  be right if you got an issue. hope the confirmation I just did to show its the norm

Loop recording a wall or with things changing in frame will probably give different length of file - compression.

And yeah you have probably put on loop recording, problem solved cased closed

Just tried on mine and it recorded a single 10 minute file
