Hello everyone!

I've been flying DJI Mini 3 for about a month now and faced a very unpleasant moment:
I decided to make a dronie quick shot. Everything was fine till the end of a shot when suddenly the motors just stopped working and the drone fell down. Lukily there was a tree and nothing seems to be broken. But I'm worried if this situation could repeat and there will be nothing to land more or less safely.

Here is the log from that particular flight:
https://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/14AS3FXF2XJJ24H6NU6X/#

I don't see anything weird there but maybe I'm just missing something.
I would really appreciate any help here

Hiya,

Had a look at your flightlog, no errors ect.

Only at the end log shows "motors off", wich could indicate a power fail / power distribution fail.
As you actually saw the motors stopped in flight, so ; most likely a true power fail.

Can this happen again ?  yes...why not...not a nice idea to continue flying with this drone.

Ask DJI support to help you out, must be a warranty claim.

Question, how high did you set the dronie ? why ask, bc speed reduced almost to zero reaching baro height of 11 meters.

cheers

Hi, artemkhtrn. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry to read about what happened. Since the drone crashed even though there's no error from the app, we highly recommend sending it to our facility for diagnosis and proper checking. You may submit an online repair request through this link: {https://repair.dji.com/repair/index}. If you need assistance with creating a ticket, you may contact DJI support at (https://www.dji.com/support).

Similar or same accident happened to my mini 3:

But mine was totaly broken and DJI sent me a new one. Luckily I don't have probles with a new one, but I don't use quickshots anymore.

I've read your thread right after the crash as I was looking for answers
Seems like they do have troubles with quickShots (as if at the end of auto shot it sends the wrong command to shut the motors)

Hiya,

Had a look at your flightlog, no errors ect.

Sorry for delay
I'm not sure about how to check the height of dronie shot but I have max. altitude set to 200 meters and destination for dronie was set to 30 meters (default I guess)
