The problem that the RC presents is that it is permanently in Mute, I already updated the firmware, it only makes sound when you turn it off or on, the indications such as battery, sat, RPO. I have made flights although I constantly check the telemetry, I have suffered extreme battery returns because I do not hear the alerts. Pull down from the top of the screen twice. That is where the volume slider is.

With regards to "I have suffered extreme battery returns because I do not hear the alerts" I wouldn't use the word "extreme", I think it gives the wrong impression.
Since the Low Battery RTH is intended to get the drone back to the home point and on the ground with charge to spare I think it could kick-in above 50% battery charge .

Hi please try to reset the factory settings on DJI RC. You can also refresh the RC's firmware by using the DJI Assistant 2. If the issue still persists after the firmware is refreshed, I'm sorry but you might need to send the remote for repair.
