Hello,
I have a 32gb card in my DJI RC 2, and a 64GB card in my Air 3. Im getting a storage full error on my remote. When I click on it, it says aircraft storage full, back up file and clear space.
There is a mysterious 8gb somewhere that is full. It says 4mb left of a total 8gb. Is that storage in the remote or the aircraft and how do I open some of that space back up to get ride of this error? i have formatted the micro sd card in the remote, and have selected to use to sd card for the drone, but the error remains.  for the remote it says I have used 12.75gb of 32, and the drone says i have 54.8gb available of 59.4 and both are working/recording just fine. Just this mystery 8gb.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. The DJI Air 3 has an internal storage of 8GB while the DJI RC 2 has 32GB internal storage (the actual available storage space is approximately 21GB). We highly recommend backing up all the files using your computer and please reformat the SD cards that you are using. Just a friendly reminder that we do suggest using a recommended SD card that is listed on our website to avoid any issues. Hope this helps. Thank you.

Hi,

Connect your RC to a PC, use file explorer to see both memory storage
Internal and SD card will show in the explorer.

Flightlogs are saved always internal memory, so copy the logs to your PC and delete from the RC.

cheers

I am here because I have the same issue. DJI Mavic 3 Pro (which is weird not reflecting in my forum account, activated 4 days ago). Anyway, the same issue/message appears on my RC. However, I found out the issue, at least on my end. I often pull my memory card from the drone and have it read by a memory card reader attached to my PC. I often forget to issue "Eject" the card from the OS's "Eject card" feature. After inserting back the card to the drone, this issue happens. Probably because the card might have been slightly modified, corrupted, etc. by an abnormal pull from the PC.

The solution I made is to reformat everything from the RC/Drone. Now I am using DJI Fly app to transfer media from the drone. Never had the issue again. Hopes this somehow helps.

There is also a mysterious user manual that say you have the internal memory of drone that is full....
If you have issues finding it, just remove the card from drone, then search in CAMERA the STORAGE, click on it and press FORMAT.
Warning: format will delete all pics and videos stored in internal memory of drone, save it first if needed.
Warning 2: Even if you insert the SD CARD, make sure you start the drone, go to Camera and select SD CARD as location for files, or will remain Internal storage again, after one flight you will see again CARD FULL.

Iam getting the exact same. when in fact my mini 4 pro card is not full nor is the controller thanks for any help hereI will try to explain it better for anybody.
I usually pop out the memory card from the drone itself insert into the memory card reader transfer all of my flights. then place it back into the aircraft itself with everything off of it. I do not usually format it but this time i did but only on the sd drone itself and again the same message memory is full but yet i still see i have plenty of room left on the controller itself right now its showing i have 7.2gb out of/21.6gb used now once i get to my location and prep everything sats 26/27 okay to fly and then in a yellowish warning it will say memory full delete or save files but yet when i get back home all the footage i did get is correct and iam able to get it all of the memory card and once again out flying it comes up again this time before flying i did a format on the sd card and there it was before i flew it but flew it and all files were on the drones micro card? this is really weird to say the least thanks for any help. I have tried things said here to no avail. still shows up no matter what so what iam going to do now is take everything off the controller and reformat it and see what happens maybe this will help. P.S. Iam going to start up the drone again and will see now if i get the same message if so i will grab a screenshot of this also.
thanks Dave i have transferred all of the data from the controller now to my 128gb memory card see if this helps in anyway? thanks.
