That is only for the Hyperlapse mode. You can't use it in normal video mode so no, waypoints isnt really available for the Mini 3 Pro.

The waypoint system Is only for the m3p. They will never give it to the mini 3 pro because of the air 3 and the rumored Mini4pro.
