I went to fly my Avata and noticed one of the back motors was loose - come to find out, all three screws had come unscrewed. I haven't touched those screws and don't have replacements. Luckly I found two of them - the 3rd is completely missing. Anyone else run into this problem?

I'm going to try out these motor covers with some new locktite.

No, I haven't had any come loose.. be careful with putting loctite as it will eat the plastic from the props and will eventually break apart.

That probably should have been caught in your preflight check.
