Hi, vanermi. Thank you for patiently waiting. Please try and confirm the steps below:
1. Please make sure whether the Micro SD card is installed on the aircraft, if so, please pull out the SD card and test it.
2. If the problem can be restored to normal without installing the Micro SD card, try to back up the material in the card, then install the Micro SD card to the aircraft and format it through the DJI Go 4 App.
3. If the problem still exists after uninstalling the SD card, then provide us with the following information for further checking.
1) Please confirm whether the gimbal can self-test normally after the aircraft is turned on (if possible, please provide a video of operation).
2) Please confirm the firmware version of DJI Assistant 2 tuning software on the computer side. We suggest to download the corresponding tuning software (Mac V1.2.4, Windows V1.2.5) from the download page of Inspire 2 (https://www.dji.com/downloads/products/inspire-2).
3) Please provide a video showing the issue without the camera screen and a screenshot of the version information page.
