mini 2 se right joy stick pitching backward (toward the operator) will bring it back to me or move away from me. The reason I am asking this very important question is to determine the forward, backward movements are with respect to opeator (course lock) or with respect to the front position of the drone?

Hello, there. The direction is oriented by the head of the aircraft. You can refer to the P 29&30 for the control of the joystick.
Also, you can check the joystick mode and find a suitable one.
