Please release DLOG-M for the mini 3 pro.  Hopefully you can simply port it over from the recent release of DLOG-M on the Mini 4 Pro.  That would make it easy for us to match footage with the OSMO Action cameras.

I suspect thats as big selling point of the Mini 4 and they wont release it to the Mini 3.

Not really, it's just a format.  The big selling points are the frame rate differences, e.g. 4K 120 and 1080p 240, and the obstacle avoidance, and the new active track models.

It’s not just the format.    It records more data from the sensor which the drone needs the capacity to process.

Yes, it encodes more information from the same sensor and processor that's already in both drones.  The mini 3 pro has more than enough compute power and the sensor is the same as in the OSMO Action cameras which do it.

The mini 4 gets a new ISP with improved cooling which maybe what’s needed in the mini 3 to support this.  

The mini 3 hardware is fully capable of DLOG-M.  It'll just be up to DJI to decide whether to support it or not.  The format is just one that they have the opportunity to make consistent across their product lines which in effect will help to sell more cameras/drones for those that shot match.

Processor wont handle it.  It barely does 10 bit Cinelike (Initially they didnt think it could).  D-log is far more intensive again.

I hope they try it.  DLOG-M and DCinelike are very similar and likely take the same amount of processing power to produce.
