Hello

My DNG files from M3c are corrupted.
Impossible to read them from the micro sd SANDISK extrem pro 64 gb.
I tried sandisk rescu pro but files seems to be very corupted...
The files size is good (43 Mo for each DNG)

Any other solution for me ??

Were the image files OK before?
Are jpg files ok?

There's definitely a problem with those files.
Photoshop won't open them and brings up this message:
Could not complete the request because it is not the right kind of document.

I've never heard of this issue before and can't think of any obvious solution.
It would be interesting to know if jpg files are still ok or there is a problem with them too.

After checking jpg files, all I can think of is to reset the camera parameters to default to see if that changes anything.
If it doesn't, you might need to contact DJI support.

How about files from internal memory? It could be a bad/counterfeit card.

I looked at the file in an editor, they do not look like DNG-files at all. File header is missing, and there is plenty of "garble" in them.
It could be an error in the card's file system or sectors. Have you tried with another card?

I think Arctic hit it right on the head.  Bad card.

On a Mac I used Disk utility to repaire (with SOS) the micro sd card  then I use Sandisk rescue pro deluxe to get the DNG files.
Finally it is ok, all the files are back !

I'll try to test this card. I think it is a bad one...
