Need help with Reconstruction Error 1073741845. I'v read other posts on the similar topic but nothing has resolved this issue for myself.

After testing the settings, turning off Optimize Point Cloud Accuracy has allowed the reconstruction to continue and not crash. Any idea as to why this is so?

Hi there, sorry for the belated reply. May we double confirm if you are using the DJI Terra v3.8.0? If this is the case, you may currently disable the Optimize Point Cloud Accuracy to do the reconstruction, because in this version, there is an issue with enabling the Optimize Point Cloud Accuracy causing the reconstruction to fail. If you have to enable Optimize Point Cloud Accuracy, you may need to use the older version of DJI Terra.
Our engineers will also optimize the issue in the future update of DJI Terra, thank you for your understanding.

sorry to hijack this topic, but because I have the really similar issue, i just want to confirm related bug you've mentioned, is it the bug still exist on now latest version (3.9.4) ? because I know get exactly the same error when process LIDAR L1 data with all function enabled (from optimize point cloud accuracy until DEM generation)

Hi there, I received confirmation from the team, the issue has been optimized on 3.9.0. If you still experience the issue, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message and the model of your computer, as well as the configuration of it for better confirmation?

hello, thank you for the reply, I can confirm also that the error has gone after I uncheck some additional process like smoothing, classification and generate dem,
because I have 32GB ram and 50GB of lidar data, maybe thats the problem (I saw in manual for 50GB lidar data it need more of ram).But i still have error on RGB (coloring) result, I think I will make another thread for that
