In the DJI Mini 4 Pro User Manual, it says that the Cine mode has the same speed with the Normal mode.
Is it true ? meaning that the Cine mode is not really working as a Cine mode in Mini 4 Pro.

Cine mode does not indicate slow speed; instead, it signifies reduced response speed and decreased sensitivity, resulting in a more stable aircraft during shooting. The maximum horizontal speed remains unaffected. To accommodate the varied usage habits of our users, we have introduced the option to adjust the Gain & Expo Tuning in Cine mode to the same as that of the Normal mode, offering users greater customization choices.
