The fly more charging hub does the same thing, and it also discharges them slowly, giving the batteries in the hub a much longer life.

Really? You seem to have missed the words 'at once'.

Just tried turning it upside down and the batteries didn't fall out so it seems to be quite a secure fit.

Their 'storage' mode is great too, charges to 60% and stops there automatically

Interesting alternative but see no real advantage except for people who are in an extreme hurry. I usually go flying with fully charged batteries that I have previously charged at home in peace and then carry with me.

The batteries only have 200 charge cycles in them,  it almost seems pointless to treat them nicely as when you reach 180 cycles the fly app will start nagging you to replace the battery.

Reading the specs on this 3-port charger is confusing.  The specifications state it only charges 2 of the 3 batteries at once.  This requires a minimum 45 watt PD supply.  There is also a 4-port version available for only pennies more.  Again, the 4-port model charges only two of the four batteries simultaneously.  Amazon offers a visually identical 3-port version that claims simultaneous charging of 3 batteries with a minimum 65 watt PD supply.

While I like the drop-in design of this charger, if going for something to simultaneously charge your flight batteries, I would go for the link below.  While less elegant, it offers true simultaneous charging of 4 flight batteries, plus two USB-A ports (3 amp total) to charge your RC & phone.

That's what I use and it's great.  It too has a 60% charge mode.

A little confusing indeed, it took me quite a few minutes to read the specs too, before I chose the 3 port instead of the 4. The 3 port can charge 2 packs simultaneously at 3.5 amps, or 3 packs simultaneously at 2.5 amps; while the 4 port can only charge 2 packs simultaneously as a group, and charging in two groups sequentially.

I also have this Hanatora one for using at home, where there is unlimited AC power. But it charges 4 packs simultaneously at only 2 amps, which takes almost 2 hours!

This is the same one that I purchased last December and works great
