Hello:
I have a situation where my SD card got stolen. The only images/videos I have are my Cache images in my RC 2. The images do not appear in my app. Is there a way to download the Cache images form my RC 2 so at least I have these images even if they are low res?

Hello, there. Sorry for the delay on this matter. For confirmation, do you see the video cache on the DJI Fly app?

Its my turn to apologize for the delay in responding. I can see the Cache videos on my RC 2 under Aircraft Albums. However on my phone I do not (unless im doing something wrong and my phone app and is not connected correctly). I attached an image of both for your review.

Have you tried putting the SD card into the drone and using quick transfer to download them to the phone?

Not sure if it will work, but it's worth a shot.
