I am still only getting approx 300m/400m before losing signal with the Mavic 3 using the RM 330. All equipment on lastest update. Flying in the country with very little or no interference. It must be really bad in a city and is really annoying.
Does anyone have a fix for this yet?

Was this RC a total waste of money?

Please have a test flight in a different location to further isolate the issue. You may refer to the image below for the proper antenna orientation to have a better signal. Please keep us posted. Good morning

I have tried in may different locations as I travel through Africa, the fault is the same regardless of where I fly.
The fault is the same if I am flying the Air2s or Mavic 3.

Please note that the RM 330 does not have exturnal antennas

Do you have a DJI RC-N1 remote controller?  If possible, you can change to DJI RC-N1 and test it again in one place.

Hi, No I have not done the cross test as it is well documented online that the N1 has better signal and that the RM 330 has really poor signal hence me asking if there has been an update to fix the problem with the  RM330

If the issue occurs on both aircraft with the same controllers, we can not determine whether it is caused by the flight environment, operations, or the remote controller.  Please refer to the Channel in the App to judge whether the signal interference is strong or weak. It would be helpful if we could have a screen recording.
