Hi All-

I bought another P4P+ v2 after losing my last, and for the life of me I can't figure out why the thing won't let me use the camera shutter button on the RC to take still images while recording video. I was able to do this for over 400 miles with my previous P4P+ V2 drone, but this one refuses. Apps and firmware are up to date. Does anyone know if there's a setting somewhere that I'm missing? Pulling stills from video is too time consuming, not to mention frustrating. If anyone has a clue please enlighten me, it's much appreciated!

Hello, there. PIV is not supported in 4096*2160/60P when the Phantom 4 Advanced/Phantom 4 Pro/Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 is used. May we know if you inserted an SD card?

Thanks Wanda. The SD Card is in the drone as I was recording video at the time. However, you might've solved the problem since I was recording in 4096*2160/60P so I'll have to back it down and see if that works. If not, I'll let you know. Thanks again!
