1) Is it possible to keep the screen folded in place (vertically) but record video in portrait?
2) What is the file size limit of recorded videos? is 4gb like old cameras or 16gb like Action 4?

1.  If the FAQ is correct you can. I haven't tested it yet as my battery is still charging up.

2. Per the FAQ 16GB.  Source (under General):  https://www.dji.com/osmo-pocket-3/faq

Hi there. Thank you for showing interest in our new product. You can switch to vertical shooting on the Osmo Pocket 3 in two ways: simply rotating the screen to align with the body, or swiping down on the screen and selecting the Portrait shooting orientation. Please note that once the camera is in vertical shooting mode, it will be up to 3K resolutions after a horizontal crop. If you want to shoot in 4K resolution, you just simply hold the device sideways while filming. Furthermore, the DJI Pocket 3 has optimized the video splitting feature, now the videos will only be split when they reach approximately 16GB in size. Hope this helps. Have a nice day ahead!
