Does anybody know can I connect my old mic from Pocket 2 to Pocket 3? Can someone do a test? Is it possible use both mics (from pocket2 and pocket 3) together?

Hello, there. DJI Wireless Microphone Transmitter + DJI Wireless Microphone Windscreen is only compatible with DJI Pocket 2. DJI MIC 2 is only compatible with Osmo Pocket 3 currently.

That’s not strictly true many third party mics will work, for instance you can use Bose 2 both of them together.

Love how they do this to force you to buy a new mic when the old one is perfectly capable.  Just like the mini 4 requiring all new remotes when they could have made it backwards compatible with the mini 3 and DJI RC pro remotes.  Another cash grab by Dji.

You like to complain just to hear yourself complain, don't you.  Because apparently none of your gripes have stopped you from continuing to give DJI your money.

Nobody is "forcing" anyone to do anything.  There are plenty of third party wireless mic options that work just fine with both the P2 and P3, including Rode and even DJI's own standalone mic systems.

The Pocket 2 ecosystem is 3 years old at this point.  It's unreasonable to expect that a wireless mic system made specifically for the P2 would/should be backwards compatible with the P3.  Are you also upset that the P2 wireless mic doesn't work with the DJI Mic set too?

I think the dji mic 2 could come in at a good price no transmitter needed no battery box needed , might buy a second one when the come up for sale.

Hi, this answer only applies to the compatibility of two accessories in the Osmo Pocket series. We can not guarantee others.

This is just pure evil but easily reversible I believe. Dji will have to let go of commercial concerns at one point and give the customers what they want. Pocket 2 mic is perfectly cabaple,WHY ARE WE NOT ABLE TO USE THE POCKET 2 MIC WITH POCKET 3? TO BUY MORE STUFF?  If it’s not hardware related, please update ao we can use it
