I sold my Mini 3 pro with 1 year left of the DJI Care Refresh.


Can I transfer this care refresh to the new owner?

Hi Andre, the DJI Care Refresh is bound to the aircraft serial number, so the buyer will be able to use the benefits within its validity period/region. Kindly unbind the drone from your DJI account first so the buyer can bind the drone to his account, guide.

Hi Susan, sorry for the dumb question, how can I unbind the drone from my account? I cannot figure it out.

Anyway I sold a new drone that DJI sent me when I opened a repair case. So I guess, since I sold a drone inside a sealed box, do I have to unbind anything?
