I am very upset with the DJI, with this latest update (DJI GO Android Version v2.0.2)my drone when he takes off started making some strange noises in the engine and crashed. This is the result. How do I act? I bought an official reseller of DJI. But it was their app that caused the drone had this damage.  Totally destroyed!!!

Why does pic2 look like it was cut?

Yesterday I was filming an event, everything was ok. today after the upgrade, when he takes off,  2 or 3 minutes, I heard a noise like coming from the engine, it started flying in zigzag, still tried to make it land....It was when he fell. In picture 2, I think it was the propellers. i found the done upside down.

Almost looks like there was something burning inside the shell? ( pic #2). Maybe an esc?

Can you post your flight logs? that is one of the worst p3 crash damaged birds I'v seen.The motor noise would seem to indicate  esc failure .

pic 2 is right over an ESC and it looks like the plastic was kinda toasty when it scraped against what ever it did to leave impressions like that. looks like your ESC failed
