Looks like just a minor update. Nothing much to get excited about.

I think DJI could/should let their customers know what the update is about...

The DJI Assistant offered a look at the release notes when I went to update. Didn't avail myself of the opportunity though.

Isn't there an update which was to enforce the 120m ceiling in the EU (and no doubt for the rest)? Could this be it?

No, it's just minor bug fixes.
As I said, nothing to get excited about.

It could well be... There is no way to tell...

It's not that!
I can tell by installing it and seeing that none of that has changed.
It's just minor bug fixes.

How would you tell, when the patch will apply itself on the 1st of January???
