Is there anyway to adjust exposure compensation once a video is recording? I tried tapping on the setting but it's grayed out during recording?

To my knowledge, in the process of recording, there's no way to change exposure not like mirrorless cameras.
Maybe somebody might let you know the magical way I'd glad to hear out as well.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. Please download the latest firmware version for the DJI Osmo Pocket 3. If you are currently using the latest version, during recording, you can slide from right to left to adjust the EV value. Hope this helps. Have a good one!

That is good to know. I was a bit shocked to find out I could not do this when I read your question.
