My drone has developed a issue with the front sensor and I have to recalbrate the drone. However I can't download the required programme version due to the age of the drone (over 4 years old) and that I'm usinng Sanoma (imac and ipad pro). Any suggestions on how to calibrate the drone?
Hi there. We do apologize for the trouble. Can you please confirm if the unit experienced a hard landing before? You may need to download the DJI Assistant 2 software on your computer using the link below to calibrate the vision sensor on your DJI Mavic 2 Pro. I will also post a tutorial video wherein you can follow the steps to properly calibrate your sensor. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

Compatible with Mavic.DJI Assistant 2 is not currently compatible with macOS version 11 or later. This issue will be resolved in a future update.
I have MacOS 14.2 and therefore the programme won't load correctly.
I don't believe there was a hard landing or a knock to the drone.
