I have DJI Mini 2 and is there any possibility that I could trade this and get Mini 4. I can pay the difference charges.

I don't believe that DJI has a drone trade-in option.  You're probably better off selling it and then buying the Mini 4.

Sorry, wish it was better news.  I've had good luck selling on Facebook Marketplace.
