Hi,
I have bought a 2nd hand DJI avata but it's still bound to the previous owner; i tried to reach out to him but he doesn't reply. Looks like he is unreachable.
Is there a way to unlink the Avata from its previous owner so that I can link it to my account ?

I have many DJI products; AIR2S, Integra, DJI FPV, RC1, RC2, Goggles V1, Goggles V2, 5 air units... 50% brand new, 50% 2nd hand, and never faced this problem before.

We're sorry to inform you that only the account holder can unbind the account from the DJI FLY app. You may contact us via this link as we can attempt to reach out to the previous owner and notify them about the unbinding process. I had the same problem but fortunately the vendor contacted the earlier owner and he responded. Good luck! Seb.
