Sooo, all of my footage from the Skye trip is now procesed, and all that remains is to post the 2 showreels, ths is the first, all from Skye itself, a magickal island where we had an amazing week of stunning weather - especially given the time of year!

Still to come is a shorter showreel for Lewis and Harris, and then I want to create a 2023 showreel, although with 140 plus video's from the last 12 months I am not sure just how to trim it all down to fit in one video...

Thanks, yah its provingto be a headache... so much good footage... I can see the showreel being 10 minutes long if Im not careful!

I don't envy you in deciding what include and what to cut and still keep it within a watchable range.  I don't mind watching an annual showreel in the 8-10  length as it's too hard to shrink 12 months into anything much shorter.  Best of luck in that endeavor.

Aiming for 8 mins does give you a bit of wiggle room for sure.

If what we do has inspired another then it has been all the more worthwhile, thank you for posting and for your words, they do mean a lot... I only started in August 2022, so it wont take you long to get where you want if you are prepared to put the practice in and take the trips to those special places...

One of the biggies that deal in drone and photographers/videographers photos and video is "Shutterstock"…

This is not a recommendation, only that I've heard of them…  Also, I would recommend you search some of the other web site you frequent for recommendations for companies that represent, present, and will sell/lease your work.

Maybe even post a question, "Do you sell your videos and photos through third party companies like Shutterstock?

My mini 3 pro keeps getting a warning that says ”ambient light too low” . It wont allow me to use obstacle avoidance even though there is plenty of light. I already calibrated the sensors with the DJI assistant 2 and it still wont work. What do i do??

Check the sensors are clear first, and try recalibrating again, where are you flying and what time of day, the sensors need good light to work... If that doesnt wor then contact DJI directly and see what they say, or fly it carefully in manual mode...
