We just had a case and that's why I ask

(it's in German, the main problem was a message, that the SD-card should be too slow, which is wrong in this case)

Have you tried removing the SD Card and then doing a hard reset by holding down on the on/off button?

it was not me, but yes, he tried this…

That happened just yesterday.
No matter what I did, it didn't respond, but when I held down the joystick and record button at the same time, it did.

You said that I was wrong and pointed to a case on YouTube. I’m wondering just how wrong I was. Since you brought it up, I thought you might know of other cases than just one singular one. If it's just one camera you've seen, it's not too serious then is it?

I’m still thinking about getting one but if this kind of thing appears frequently, I’ll definitely hold off.

There’s no reason to be abrupt with people for asking a question, you know.

that you do not even own an OP3!
So your statement is even more senseless.

I am totally happy with the OP3 and I was just asking, what can be done to reset the device,
just in case, it is frozen.

So DJI Paladin informed to press the power button for 10 seconds, so MY question is anwered.

Has anyone else with a Pocket 3 experienced lock ups at all? DJI cameras that I have used have all NEVER locked ever! Action, Action 2,3,4, or my Pocket and Pocket  2 so this surprised me......

So you were just trying to find out what you could do if your pocket happened to freeze . If this is the case then I think paladin has given the answer.

Press and hold record button for 10 seconds to force shut down , then just restart.

I haven’t experienced this , but it can be frustrating if there is no redundancy for this hopefully pallidin’s works.
