Is there any special reason that only DLOG-M is available on the Pocket 3?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. DLog-M is developed based on D-Log, colors are distributed evenly so the bright and dark parts of the video have greater fidelity and clarity. DLog-M allows the camera sensor to record enough dynamic range. You can process color grades more easily during post-processing. DLog-M is a name to distinguish LOG formats, the letter M does not have an actual meaning. Hope this helps. Have a nice day!

i'm also using Mavic 3 Pro.. there is a selection between DLOG and DLOG-M and DLOG is not the same as DLOG-M.

Unfortunately OP3 is limited to DLOG-M only. But still it's a good step ahead compared to previous versions, where you had only Normal color mode...

Sure, but maybe there is an option to make DLOG also available with further firmware updates.

D-Log M is a crippled version of D-Log, the 10 bit 4.2.0 from the OP3 is also a crippled version of  10 bit  4.2.2 ... Maybe the OP3 isn't powerfull enough to handle those versions. But still a good thing to have and better than normal color profile
