Hello, I have the equipment but it sends me S/N error, the blue LED is permanently on on the drone, and the battery status LEDs flash all at once on the remote control, please ask me if you can send me a new code. activation, since I urgently need to continue operating my equipment.

I've a DJI Agras MG-1. I 'd upgraded sucessfuly and batery full charged.
At MG assistant i have a SN ERROR please contact DJI support.

I had activated with the correct Serial and the assistant show its everything all right,

I go out to fly and test, and when I connect the baterry the main light shows in solid blue.
Im in P-Mode flight mode, and set the M to start...but I couldnt.
If I do the compass calibration fisrt, i did the first revolution 360 over the vertical axis CCW and the the main light its solid green....then i turn up the drone and did the revolution and the light turns again in solid blue.

At the DJI app, shows correctly 17 sats, P-Mode, and all parameters are right.....

What could it be the problem i Cant start engines????

The equipment is second-hand, I bought it from some farmers who could not activate it either, they do not have the activation code, neither do I, only the code that comes from the factory is available, apparently the equipment has never been activated.
