Setup is DJI O3 Air Unit, Goggles V2, and FPV Controller 2. Everything is linked. When attempting to enter manual mode, the "Button Customization" tab in the remote controller settings is greyed out.

I updated the firmware on the controller and air unit, though when plugging in the goggles into DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drone Series), the software recognizes the goggles, but the firmware list never loads, it just loads infinitely without error (internet connection is stable).

*Also I don't know why 'FPV' has a link attached to it in the original post, that link is unrelated.

The DJI O3 is always in manual mode. There is no "Normal" or "Sport".
