Hello, I recently arrived to a much awaited vacation, and my Mavic 3c is having an unsolvable issue that I cannot find anywhere on the internet. Everything was fine, then the drone turns on, and the RC Pro screen glitches, and the “1X” button for the zoom turns into a “7X” with the real “7X” button right above it? Other times it will load and the “1X” is replaced with “273x”. The biggest issue is the screen will not work, or the camera, or something. I have no idea what. The drone will fly up, but will disconnect even 5 feet away unless the 7X camera is being used. Every single software version, app version, and update has been done. I’ve contacted DJI support and still haven’t found a solution besides sending the drone in, which I’m willing to do, but I was hoping to have it for the holidays since I never visit this place. Thanks for any help or direction towards solving this

Whenever the camera is in the REAL “7X” lens is the ONLY time it works. When it is changed to the “1X” which glitches to 7X, there is no response and the screen stays frozen

I need immediate help with this issue. There are no error codes to go off of. Please help @DJI
