Hi, there. Thank you for reaching out. For safety considerations, we do not recommend you send back the swollen battery. We recommend that you please send us a video showing the swollen battery. Please place the battery on a horizontal surface with the battery marker side facing downward, and then press down on the four corners of the battery to see if it wobbles. Please make sure the serial number is visible on that video. You save it as a shareable link in Dropbox or Google Drive and send us the link via PM. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
