Not sure if this type of thing has been posted, but I have a very simple Python3 script that will read the .srt file and plot it on a local interactive map as part of a HTML page.

Feel free to use it as-is.  No warranty expressed or implied.  Use at your own risk (like it will do anything bad...but still).  


Note:  You must install the folium Python module.

pip install folium
