Hello all,
This may have been asked hundred of times but i need some help with the active track.
My ussue is i cant get the option to enter active track.
I have been looking for an answer for days now and im getting confused with all the different answers.

I have a mini 3 pro
I have activated subject tracking
I have set the video to 4k 30FPS and tried other settings 1080p 24fps etc.

The only option i get is focus track which works fine. All other functions seem to work perfectly, except active track.

The only thing i can see that may be an issue is the fact im in a class 4 restricted zone, but from what im reading this shouldn't cause a problem.

Can anyone confirm what i might be doing wrong and potentially a solution

Take a look at this video.  I've found it really helpful for using active track.

Unfortunately it doesn't show up when I draw the box.

did you try turning it off and on for active track?

Yes i did, its all sorted now apparently they changed the name from active track to active shots. Thanks for the reply
