Hi everyone,

I have a Iphone 15 Pro and i'm trying to connect with my OP3.
But, This is going impossible, because my Iphone is not connecting to WIFI, it show this message below:



I already read all messages in this forum, but, nothing cann't help me...
Please, someone can to pass some tip?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the trouble. Please try to manually connect your mobile device to the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 Wi-Fi. Go to Wi-Fi settings on your mobile device then manually connect to the Osmo Pocket 3 Wi-Fi and make sure that your Bluetooth connection is turned on without anything connected to it. If the issue persists, please reinstall the DJI Mimo app on your mobile device, use the version available on our website, or use this link https://www.dji.com/global/downloads/djiapp/dji-mimo . If the issue persists, please upload a short video showing the issue so we can check it further.

Thanks for informartion. Before by post my problem, I tried some solutions that didn't work with my OP3:

- Reinstall the App Mimo (Several Times);
- Connected my OP3 direct with WIFI, i tried manually;
- I reseted configuration WIFI in the OP3;
- I changed the frequency WIFI from 5.8GHz to 2.4GHz, i tried again to connect with my Iphone 15 pro;
- I tried to connect manually at the frequency 2.4GHz;
- I tried to use the configuration by OTG (I connected with my phone and after with my Notebook);
- I tried all options above, it using de other mobile (Samsung A20) with Android, but, the same all situations.

I am sending the image that it's presents in my OP3....
In short, nothing worked.

Please, you may send that other options, for i'll try resolve my problem.

Thank you for the information provided. Please try the following solution below to further rectify the issue:

For the iOS system mobile devices:

1. Enter [Settings]-[Wireless Connection]-[Reset Connection] of Osmo Action /DJI Pocket Series;
2. After the reset is successful, select [Wireless Information] to view the device name and password;
3. Enter the wireless connection on the mobile device, select the corresponding device name, and enter the password;
4. If you still cannot join the network, click the "DJIAction-xxxxxx" end symbol on the mobile device, click [Configure IP], select [Manual], enter: 192.168.2.100 in the IP address field, and enter the subnet mask: 255.255. 255.0;
5. Reopen the DJI MIMO App and click Connect.

I tried this solution, but this with the same problem.
Firstly, when i try connect direct to WIFI, it present the same error to connect...
If I only leave it configured in WIFI,  when i try to connect with my OP3, the configurations in WIFI are reseted and present the same error...
Please, can you present other forms to fix the connect?

1. The screenshot of the search page of the mobile device WIFI list and the screenshot of the configure IP page;
2. DJI MIMO App searches for screen recordings that fail to connect
3. LOG file of DJI MIMO App, when the connection failed

As I see on your video uploaded in Youtube you use two sim cards on your phone. When my iPhone (15 pro) connects to camera by Mimo app, it’s automaticly turns OFF home wireless to Data only mode. I would say you first to try disconnect one sim card and use only one to see what’s happening. Mobile data for this card should be ON.

Thank you for the information provided. Kindly please upload the images in Google Drive and then send the link to us. In addition, please double-check the LOG and upload it also in Google Drive together with the screenshots/screen recording as we need it for further investigation. Try this path: /Documents/Logs and /Documents/sdk;(Pack the entire folder)

I have another thread where someone from DJI is trying to help me resolve the issue, I wanted the user that said his/her issue was resolved to explain how to see if I can use the same process.

What is going on? Posts about this situation are coming from years ago. Now, I have a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and a new DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro, and the situation is the same. I need to turn off the cellular data to be able to read and download my clips. My phone is having plenty of space, I'm able to transfer everything once CellData is off. This is an iPhone 12 Pro Max. When are you going to fix this problem?

Never ... They dont care. .  same like with 5.8ghz connection. ...
