Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the trouble. Please try to manually connect your mobile device to the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 Wi-Fi. Go to Wi-Fi settings on your mobile device then manually connect to the Osmo Pocket 3 Wi-Fi and make sure that your Bluetooth connection is turned on without anything connected to it. If the issue persists, please reinstall the DJI Mimo app on your mobile device, use the version available on our website, or use this link https://www.dji.com/global/downloads/djiapp/dji-mimo . If the issue persists, please upload a short video showing the issue so we can check it further.

Thanks for informartion. Before by post my problem, I tried some solutions that didn't work with my OP3:
- Reinstall the App Mimo (Several Times);
- Connected my OP3 direct with WIFI, i tried manually;
- I reseted configuration WIFI in the OP3;
- I changed the frequency WIFI from 5.8GHz to 2.4GHz, i tried again to connect with my Iphone 15 pro;
- I tried to connect manually at the frequency 2.4GHz;
- I tried to use the configuration by OTG (I connected with my phone and after with my Notebook);
- I tried all options above, it using de other mobile (Samsung A20) with Android, but, the same all situations.
I am sending the image that it's presents in my OP3....
In short, nothing worked.
Please, you may send that other options, for i'll try resolve my problem.
