What does the Volume Monitor in the Mic 2 menu do? Even if I set it to 0 or 100, there is no change in the sound bar. I think it has a different use, but what is it? At manual it says for headphones but no headphone jack?

You need an USB C adapter to connect headphones. And than you may adjust the volume for the headphone with "Volume Monitor"

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. When using Osmo Pocket 3 with DJI Mic 2, you can attach earphones with a Type-C connector to the Type-C port on the Pocket 3 for monitoring. In the Wireless Mic setting page on the gimbal camera, you are allowed to adjust the monitor volume.
