Hi there. We're sorry for the trouble. Please confirm if you did experience an error message on the DJI Go 4 app during the issue, if yes, please provide us a screenshot showing the error message. If you have a microSD card inserted on the drone, please back up all the needed files on your computer then reformat the card and check if the issue persists. Please keep us posted.
No se muestra ningun mensaje de erro en la aplicacion, ya intente con otros dispositivos (iphone 14plus, ipad) y con mi propio smartphone un Galaxy S21 Ultra. y los resultados son los mismos. |
