Brand new Mini 4 Pro received and straight out of the bag it was asking for and update.  RC2 controller on, as well as the aircraft.  Software successfuly downloaded(V01.00.0300 ) however, when I go to update the aircraft the link between controller is lost and cannot be retrieved , even by using the cable to join the two of them together.  The controller was displaying an error code 0x110105700c1c.  It said firmware update failed restart device and try again.  
Every now and again it says that the aircraft is in eco mode.  How to I get it out of Eco mode??

The only way to re-establish the connection between the controller and aircraft is to switch both off and restart them both.  The  link between controller and aircraft is only lost when I try to initiate the install of the firmware

Where do I go from here to resolve this issue.  Any help greatfully received

Recently tried to do an update; while doing so my RC CONTROLLER displays “Device is restarting” on a white background! I have let it run for an hour and still no activity on the controller …,I have the latest Mini 4 Pro …see the screenshot.
Can someone give me a solution? Jim T

I also have a M30T search & rescue drone. After installing the latest firmware I now have no effective right joystick. We have two controllers for the M30 T and the same problem; no right joystick. How is it that our controllers (both RIGHT) joysticks are now disabled. Any solution.    Jim T

thank you for reaching out.

May we suggest that you try pressing and holding the power button for about 15s to power off DJI RC? Then power on the remote controller, to see if it can be powered off normally. If it can be powered on then, we suggest you update the firmware to the latest version.

Note: *The USB cable must be disconnected before pressing and holding the power button for 15s to power off the DJI RC.
