I just recently tried out bracketed photos with my M4P.
Came home to find that it doesn't seem that the bracketed photos have any unique naming convention.  They're just named like manually took sequential photos.
Take a bunch of bracketed photos from a similar angle, and it is kind of a hassle to parse out the sets afterwards.
Is there any way to get the bracketed photos placed into separate folders or something?
Hyperlapses are placed into separate folders.

I agree, sorting out bracketed images is cumbersome, especially when taking several photos of the same scenery... That's why I stopped using this feature. I use raw format that allows post processing in HDR style afterwards as well.

In Lightroom you can stack the AEB images by capture time.

Hi, there. Sorry for the inconvenience that it may cause you. Currently, there's no option to separate files for this particular photo. Rest assured that this will be considered as a suggestion for future reference. Thank you for your understanding and support.
