Hi, I know zero when it comes to audio.

Can I plug in Apple Earpods 3.5mm TRRS into the monitoring TRS jack on the RX?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. You need to have a 3.5mm TRS headphone and plug it into to Monitor Port to monitor the transmitter audio quality. You may refer to the image below. Hope this helps.

No... it's a T'RR'S port.There are 'converter' adapters that may work, but those can get clumsy.
