I would like to ask whether in F-Mode everything is the same as with the P-Mode except from all the things that you can do in F-Mode after the release of the latest firmware. For example when in F-Mode, does the drone use the GPS and all the other staff that help you flight it with safety or not ?

Yes, the F mode has the same features as P. You still have GPS stability/positioning. Although I think VPS is not used/limited for some of the features as it is not needed..
